Toobin Arcade Game

Here is a unique Atari Arcade game for sale from 1988.  It is based on the players floating down a river on an inner tube.  It features 2 player simultaneous play.  Each player has 5 buttons to control his player.  You can earn extra patches to have extra lives.  You can throw soda cans at enemies to disable them.  It has a unique moving waterfall effect on the marquee.  Some of the enemies are logs, twigs, Alligators and more.
