Description
Dragon’s Lair Arcade Game
Dirk the Daring, a valiant knight must make his way through the evil wizard Mordroc’s castle and defeat the dragon to save the Princess Daphne. Released by Cinematronics in 1983, The Dragon’s Lair arcade game was the first laserdisc game on the arcade scene. It quickly became a hugely popular classic due to it’s originality in it’s design, using cartoon animation by Disney animator Don Bluth. The action sequences are all animated, and timing is crucial in succeeding in Dirk’s rescue mission.
Players use either a joystick for up, down, left, or right movements, or use the sword button to attack their enemies. This classic game is available in the original cabinet with all original artwork. We’ve also updated the internal laserdisc player to make the game more long-lasting and reliable. We can also fully restore your Dragon’s Lair to a like new condition with brand new side art, control panel overlay, and marquee . You can also upgrade your screen to a 19” LCD for $250!
The game comes with the new upgrade that replaces the unreliable laser disk player called Dexter. It still has all of the other original parts. This also allows you to upgrade the game to play Space Ace and Dragon’s Lair 2 as an upgrade.
