Here is a Time Killers arcade game for sale. This is a one on one fighting game where you can cut off limbs and you have weapons like swords and a chain saw.  It was made by Strata in 1992.  This came out when the fighting games were very popular.  It is one of the most violent of them.  It has cartoon type graphics and you go through history in your fights.  This game did not come in it’s own dedicated cabinet, it will come in a generic arcade game cabinet with a 25″ monitor.
