Jungle King by Taito, 1982

In this retro arcade game. the player controls a Tarzan-like jungle man who must swing across vines in the forest, swim through a crocodile-infested river, jump and duck rocks while climbing a hill and rescue his woman from a pair of barbaric cannibals. The owners of the Tarzan license threatened to sue Taito so they later made another version called Jungle Hunt. This arcade game was the same except your character looks like a guy on a safari rather than Tarzan, and they took out the Tarzan yell.
